Through this mobile app, citizens can submit their grievances from anywhere and track their grievances through system generated unique grievance id. Grievances specific to any departments can be submitted online by specifying name. Head of Departments can log in to resolve the public grievances directly. Moreover, District Collector can log in to monitor the whole process. This app aims to enable citizens to submit grievances online .This app will speed up the overall process of grievance redressal.
